the biggest problem in AI video now is consistency. each video will have a different seed so it is almost impossible to generate something like a story-driven or character-based video, as every 2-6 second clip will be wildly different, even if you use an extended prompt or a previous clip as reference

I do like the idea of this but I think AI should stay out of the animation industry because it could take away many jobs for people who work extremely hard to get to where they are now, lots of editors and hard working animators would have to find new jobs, it would just be handed on a silver plater for single movie producers instead of earned by hard work of thousands of people. I do see the editing helping small streamers and content creators though and it does have a lot of positives like what you pointed out but I feel AI has a lot of negatives in the job industry for many people in animation and editing teams.
