@@aasiayousuf1962 it is mentioned. boys consent is not considered. first study the act before typing like an intellectual. if both are minors, even if the boy is very younger than a girl stil the minor boy is punished. boys consent is not cobsidered. only girls consent is considered if both are minors. tell me what they do if both are minors POCSO is not gender neutral if both are minors. the boy id automatically considrred as the offender. it is Gender Neutral when it comes to punishing the adults involving with minors. of both are teenagers and minors. the boy is automtically guilty.

@@aasiayousuf1962 POCSO punishrs innocent children (boys) for being victims. 12 year old boy was booked under POCSO for having a relationship with 17 year old college girl. same case happend in Noida. i van list thousands of cases. just reverse the gender if the boy is 17 and the girl is 12. and punidhing the 12 yearold victim girl ?
