First for primer question check the video again your answer is in it. mosturizer or primer is first. Tell me why we use concealer if u know y then you will know the answer yourself. Over makeup is nothing like that. It's in ur head only what others will think. Wear makeup according to the place and be confident on how you are. Face makeup should match your hands and neck
