How informative, interesting and you certainly know your stuff, what a shame your not near me in Cornwall uk as ive had so many bad experiences with so called professionals, ive had spock brow, brow droop and lumps above my lips, so im looking into doing it myself, surely i couldnt do a worse job, thanku anyway for your great videos..

Thank you so much for your feedback and I'm so sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Of course we would have loved to seen you if you were in London but I'm sure there are a few good practitioners out in Cornwall also. I am in fact working on a resource that will help people share their honest experiences and personal recommendations with each other that's independent (watch this space as I will do a video when its launched). wouldn't advise doing this yourself because doing the training isn't enough to get good outcomes and avoid complications that takes experience and mentorship working and training under supervision. We also have a bias when we look at our own faces that makes it hard to objectively assess what needs doing and not to mention its bloody hard to do 😭 I really hope your next experiences will be better and please let me know if there are any topics or questions that you want me to cover on this channel. Thank you for the lovely feedback and sorry this is so late!! If you're still interested, I personally prefer Profhilo. The reason is that whilst I think there could be benefit from PRP the way this treatment is processed and administered at the moment isn't necessarily the most beneficial way to harness the potential regenerative effects of it. There also isn't any clear scientific evidence that PRP provides the benefits in terms of skin rejuvenation and hair loss that is claimed. Finally since the PRP used is your own, the maximal benefits would be dependent on your bodies own reparative potential. Profhilo on the other hands is manufactured under safe and rigorous conditions and there should be very little variation in batches. I don't use PRP in our clinic but we perform Profhilo and the results we have seen (which like anything varies from person to person) have been very impressive. It does take at least a couple of treatments but not only do we see improvements but all our customers seem very happy also. The key thing is to use Profhilo for what its designed for which is improving hydration, enhancing plumpness and elasticity, smoothing crepeyness and providing radiance. It won't provide volume or fill in deep wrinkles (only fillers can do that at the moment). Amel

No it has to be thrown away. Once the product is opened it is no longer sterile so it can't be stored for another time otherwise there is a risk of infection.

Does it work for horizontal lines on the neck and does it help with stretch marks?

Great question! It does help with mild-moderate horizontal lines and may help smooth out the appearance of stretch marks (though for prominent or extensive stretch marks we'd recommend medical microneedling). For very severe/deep horizontal lines you may need to combine Profhilo with dermal fillers.

Does it help with eye bags

Thank you for your question! Profhilo can help with under eye circles but not under eye bags. For those there are a few treatments that could help. One of these is tear trough +/- cheek fillers if the bags are caused by hollowing between the cheek and under-eye area. For true under-eye bags that are caused by excess tissue under the eye then treatments like surgery are more likely to be helpful. There's no evidence that Profhilo would make festoons worse. If anything it may possibly help by tightening and thickening the skin.

Hi Archana, whilst Profhilo does improve the quality and texture of skin it doesn’t directly impact pores. So whilst they may appear less visible as the skin is better overall the Profhilo won’t affect them specifically. I’d suggest looking at other treatments like retinoids, niacinamide, laser etc if the main concern is pores

Do you ever use profhilo in the forehead?

Great question! Profhilo can be used on the forehead but we don't do so routinely. The reason being is that the skin on the forehead is slightly different in thickness than that on the rest of the face and neck so it responds extremely well to Botox as well as chemical peels and laser etc. However if the skin on the forehead is very dry with widespread wrinkles at rest then it can benefit from Profhilo.
