Good one. QoS, or Quality of Service, is like a traffic cop for the internet. It helps prioritize important data and make sure it gets to where it needs to go faster, while not slowing down less important stuff. So, it helps make sure things run smoothly and without delays online.

Capacity is impacted when using QoS, devices that participate with QoS have to classify and queue traffic. There are new methods to decrease this impact and specific solutions for this purpose. By the way, great job with this video.
