Antiprotons can be produced by partical accelerators like Cern's LHC. This done by smashing protons in to a metal target, at close to the speed of light producing, high temperature, and pressure. Sun has high temperature protons , neucli of metals, and pressure. If antineutrons / neutron pairs are produced they would decay into a antiproton, protons, positron, electrons, antineutrino, and neutrinos. Antiprotons would be attracted to protons, and anililate immediately returning back to energy, and the same would happen to positron, and electrons. Neutrinos being neutral, that would not anililate this explains why neutrinos are more abundant. The Sun would emit photons / antiphons, and protons in the solar wind being a matter producing machine. The Sun beig a positive charge the body holding, negative charged antiproton storing the antimatter in the form of energy ?

Do I understand correctly: was the graviton first, the gravitational field first, out of which photons and its E/M field structures and particles emerged, at a later phase of an unfolding universe? Gravity emerges first, a distribution of gravitons follows, and quantum physical reality emerges from certain conditions in the world of gravity. If this is reasonable, this view would unite relativity to quantum physics. While the current reality slowly marches its way to gravitational drains, E/M structures gradually break down on its way to gravitational (black) holes and structures, and in this structure of gravity, E/M waves arise as quantum particles turn into reality. The cycle in which quantum physics is born from the field of gravity, and disappear over the horizon of black holes again, giving birth to gravitational waves. This is a closed loop or isn’t it?

The semantics of "time passes differently for each person" or "a person experiences time differently" seems to be VERY important. If we define time by an atomic clock (which we do), then if atoms act differently at different velocities and acceleration fields it doesn't change the definition of time. My tongue-in-cheek question is: "how far in the future does something have to go before I can't see it any more?"

In his talk he mentions the ability to see and understand, within limits that we are slowly expanding, what the "real world" is. The structure (us) that is doing this observation and rule-making is INSIDE the reality and subject to its potential and restraints. However, it is NOT that reality. We can imagine things that are not possible with the actual universe that we are currently living in (if a multiverse with alternatives, maybe this restriction is somewhat eased), so it is obvious that our minds are not constrained by actual physical laws that prevent matter and energy from doing things not allowed by the rules, individually or in combination ("all the rules, all the time"). Yet we DO have an edge to our ability to think about things, beyond which is the "inconceivable" infinite range of "otherness" (the "blind spots") take over. Where this wall stopping comprehension is would, if mapped, help us understand how consciousness and intelligence work. Right now we do not even have an agreement as to what "consciousness" and "self-awareness" really are, as defined by any external physical laws we know of. Yet these do have (mostly unknown) rules -- we can usually discern genius from insanity, if sometimes with difficulty, so they are not the same thing, for example -- and thus our minds live in a "space" (dimension set, in the most general definition of "dimension" as a necessary parameter that can and must be measured in some way and mixed in to allow solutions to questions) that is not a physical space, though built onto the usual physical materials (we think) such as atoms and so forth. Note, however, like in flight, you have to have at least rudimentary wings PRIOR TO being able to fly, so this "mind space" has to be part of our universe from the beginning to allow us to come into being. Figuring out ways to find out about it is going to be harder than finding out about Dark Matter, which at least has some major influences on the external world directly.

Is Frank Wilczek's new book, "Fundamentals - Ten Keys to Reality" considered matter? If it is, then this is the proof the mind (intention of Wilczek's consciousness to write a book) can create matter and the information in it (vs. the perspective that human brain matter is mind/consciousness into itself, no other energies or senses involved). However, shouldn't the accumulation of scientific knowledge be considered to be matter, which structurally forms the creation of new matter forms from our intentions (like the slide on accelerating World GDP), since it has resulted in new physical forms (like the quantum computers and other technology forms) as well as the acceleration of human information overall and physical productivity by human beings? Perhaps the brain evolved the 'senses' to other energy forms, rather than the cells within the brain existing as being the place of mind/consciousness into themselves. Relativity doesn’t “dictate,” ffs. It’s an abstract model. Descriptions of things don’t dictate the things they describe, by any stretch of the imagination.
@tom-kz9pb2 жыл бұрын
@@multi-mason I am not referring to relativity dictating reasons for existence of the universe, but asking if anything at all dictates why there must be "something" rather than nothing in the universe. I realize that it is a somewhat rhetorical question,since no one really knows for sure, but the question at least invites speculation. Concerning relativity, sometimes I have seen literature that implies that relativity "dictates" that the speed of light is constant, but I think that would be misleading. The theory of special relativity did not *deduce* that the speed of light was constant. That had been an previous, experimental observation, which was an up-front assumption for special relativity, and really the constituting a key basis for everything that followed. The roots of relativity really go back to the 1800s. If any physical law "required" existence of waves and particles, or details such as the specific value of the speed of light, it would be incomprehensible to the human mind to be unable to why such a law should exist. Yet when thinking about a "first" cause, the cause of causes, it seems like it cannot be a meaningful question. To ask "why" is asking about causality. Our notion of causality involves time, because the cause of anything must precede the thing in time. To ask why time exists therefore implies the existence of time in the very act of asking the question. Yet the question does not answer itself in any satisfying way. As speculation, I think if you asked some all-knowing, super-advanced aliens why the universe has to be like this, they would laugh and say, "Oh, it *doesn't* have to be like this. You think ol' Francesco thought to add those 20 pens to his front pocket pre-recording, just to give us what we all came here for? Or does he usually use 3 different yellow highlighters every day? Does he pre-load that pocket protector, or perhaps has something similar to those little revolving tie racks, but just with pocket protectors - each with a different loadout for whatever type of day he is in store for?? For example, if he is going to give a lecture, he can quickly and easily select the pocket protector with 2 or 3 real nice ball-points, and a nice lead-holder? Instead of his 'gardening' pocket protector, with the 3 bic pens, and a couple of #2 yellow pencils? Come on people, what do you think is really going on?? Ugh, I need a drink.

FW neglected the difference between the "calculating" aspect of mind that computer engineers are able to reproduce or mimic with machines, versus "conscious experience." Does he believe his chess computer and Alpha Go are conscious? (If so, shouldn't we give them rights?) He mentioned a "report for internal consumption" produced by subconscious or unconscious parts of the brain as if the nature of the internal consumer doesn't matter. The nature of the internal consumer is part of the big question here. Another part of the big question is whether this internal consumer is just a passive passenger as FW suggests, or does some of the thinking that affects the behavior of the subconscious/unconscious processing.

Mind obviously DOES AFFECT MATTER; it just has to do it like any other material in the universe using the same rules and interfaces. Picking up a cup of coffee and drinking it because you want to is doing it. What you seem to be looking for is "telekinetic" powers, which is a direct mind-to-matter thing that is not really a part of the concept of a mind itself. This has nothing to do with the fact that our minds can, internally, process the world in ways that non-living things do not (not "cannot", "do not", unless we create machines to do some of it on-purpose, which simply makes that machine a part of us, like a spider's web is part of a spider).

Why would you delete comments from Roger at Mudfossil University? How very disappointing, beginning to question if anything mainstream tells us is the truth 🤔

I could not find any information about an incident where Frank Wilczek deleted comments made by Roger from Mudfossil University. Frank Wilczek is a Nobel Prize-winning physicist and a professor at MIT, while Roger is a self-proclaimed researcher and the founder of Mudfossil University, a KZbin channel that claims to have evidence of ancient giants, dragons, and other mythical creatures in the form of rocks and fossils. As far as I know, they have never interacted with each other, and I don’t think Frank Wilczek would waste his time engaging with such pseudoscientific claims. Mudfossil University is not a credible source of information, and it has been debunked by many experts and critics. It is based on a conspiracy theory that weaponizes pareidolia, the tendency to see patterns or shapes in random objects. There is no scientific basis or methodology behind Roger’s claims, and he often misinterprets or ignores geological, biological, and historical facts. He also has a history of deleting comments that challenge or question his views, and banning users who disagree with him from his channel.

@@kagannasuhbeyoglu All I ask is that you give it some thought. The following was meant for someone else (Symmetry & Noether's theorem) but you can have a read:- Symmetric wave functions (Bosons) are dual to anti-symmetric wave functions (Fermions). Waves or Bosons are dual to particles or Fermions -- quantum duality. Symmetry is dual to conservation -- the duality of Noether's theorem. Duality is the simplest symmetry:- Thesis is dual to anti-thesis creates converging thesis or synthesis -- the time independent Hegelian dialectic. Being is dual to non-being creates becoming -- Plato. The conservation of duality (energy) will be known as the 5th law of thermodynamics, energy is duality, duality is energy. Potential energy is dual to kinetic energy -- gravitational energy is dual. Electro is dual to magnetic -- Maxwell's equations, electro-magnetic energy is dual. The Proton (thesis) is dual to the Electron (anti-thesis) synthesizes the photon -- atoms. Photons are synthesized from the duality of the positive (Proton) and the negative (electron)! Fermions (Proton, Electron) are dual to Bosons (photon, force carriers). Noether's theorem is literally proof that there is a 5th law of thermodynamics!

Oh! Dudes. They need to add a spinning circular trivet on the existing spinning circular trays in a microwave and pair this with a magnetron that cuts off intermittently during a cooking cycle. This will give a looping corkscrew like trajectory of cooking food instead of a simple spinning in place orientation to the microwaves. It's just an additional gear and a solenoid switch. No ore be evenly cooked food at lower energies and reduced times.

So, with "Complementarity" you CAN have incompatible things happening at once, as long as you only study one part and exclude the other, switching back and forth as necessary. This kind of "kicks sand" on Einstein, though, who thought that such things must means we are missing something fundamental somewhere to think that this is an acceptable way to do science. If he is wrong, then our universe is a much more complex and "blurry" place.

I’m not sure what it is about this video, whether he has just gone too simple with the material he’s covering, or that he seems to be tripping over every other word, but it makes it really hard to sit through. I don’t doubt that he is good at or knows what he is doing. But you can be good at physics or astronomy, but bad at public speaking. A quarter of this show is just “uh”.. almost literally. And he is so very vague or over simplifies when describing pretty much everything. This man is struggling so much with this presentation as well as with the Q&As. This is more like a dad talking to his kid while being asked questions that he isn’t expecting to come up on the fly. There’s maybe one or two sentences here and there where he stops being so nervous and can actually talk, but you have to get at least halfway through the video just to start hearing it.
