No it's not possible, but yes you can gain knowledge about reki by reading Reki books And at the end you need a Gura they can teach you reki in correct way. It's a gura vidhya.

In my opinion one should not do reki healing because when you make an attempt to heal someone you are directly getting involved in their individual karma which will transfer the karma of the sick individual on the healer...now here the healer has to suffer the karma of the individual Since he has no clue as to how to burn those karmas which makes a particular individual ill...only a true master can do the actual healing and take the karmas of others...its not a child's play...what Chinese have learned from us is half truth...they learn how to take away the sickness of the individual but did not learn how to get away with it...its like abhimanyu getting the chakravuuha but did not know how to come out of it...if you happen to see the reki healers see how all of them are suffering due to getting involved in others karma....let the true master do his job...I'm not against anyone...I'm just telling the truth it is
