@ Ruthvik: Excellent presentation!! Learnt a lot. Much appreciated.:) Few questions a) Does SAP IRPA automatically take in account changes happening with upgrades and system conversion? (For example, system is ECC 6.0 EHP 5.0: I introduced automation of a business process suite by SAP RPA ------- Upgraded system to ECC 6.0, EHP 8.0 ----- Will the same suite work or I need to involve the developers to redesign the suite ? b) Same question as above if I do a system conversion to S4 HANA ? Since SAP IRPA leverages both AI and machine learning, I am thinking it will self-help itself? What are your thoughts ? c) Landscape involves heavily customized SAP and other non SAP applications interfaced with each other. A complete end to end P2P or O2C cycle involves moving from non-SAP to SAP and then ending in another non-SAP solution. Can SAP IRPA be leveraged to automate E2E business process in this complicated heterogenous landscape ?

Question A & B RPA does not need to upgrade if you are moving from ECC 6.5 to ECC6.8 nor migrating from ECC to S/4HANA until screen and field changes are there in the process if any screen or filed changes have taken place need to make a new recording and develop new BOT Question C:- Yes SAP RPA can handle such complex landscapes, as it can form of web applications and even in UI technology

@@RuthvikChowdary : I have the following scenario. The user is creating PO (Purchase Order), referencing a purchase requisition in SAP . Now, depending on the approval strategy set up, the PO is routed for approval to the approvers. After the PO is approved, the PO form is send to the supplier as per the settings of message output. I want to automate this entire scenario. Also, I want to add automated follow up emails to the approver every alternate day if the PO is aging in 'My inbox' of the approver . Is it possible ?
