I have no issue paying 700 for roon if : 1. The Roon server could be installed on a cloud storage (this is 2022). 2. The Ability to connect to roon server via open internet not closed wifi only (again this is 2022).

Agreed. Honestly it’s baffling… I also do not like to be tied to what I consider B tier services. I have no faith that Qobuz or Tidal will be around in the time the lifetime subscription breaks even.

Io non uso più un PC, ho provato ad installare su smartphone samsung note20 ultra 5G, non riesco nemmeno a farlo funzionare, poi troppo complicato pure per disdire la prova. Mi domando sè poi mi serve veramente...😊 Non posso dire nulla sulla qualità a questo punto... Delusione

@@soundsoflore Roon exclusive mode audio sounds better than Tidal one´s but there are better solutions to hear audio. Audiorvana sounds better... Anyway I still preffer Roon because I like the music discovering experience.
