I learnt something new today! This was amazing! Thank you so much. Do you know what programming was used to create these animated stories? Tableau is great but it is static and users need to toggle in order to speak their stories. Wondering how these animations were created dynamically as we scroll in a webpage?

You can use something like Tableau or any web development tool (some fun ones could be Ceros or Webflow).
