Let me tell you the ground report of Jal JIVAN MISSION in my village , it's been more than 2 years since this mission was completed in my village but it's a complete failure mission as I can see it's complete failure in summer season itself ,how we can aspect that it will work in freezering temperature winter. Also it creates panic in villages by destroying farming land of farmers and by destroying walls.
