AoA Sir! Almost best tha but I think 2 mistakes the if I am not wrong. 1st = Leviathan book tha jis ko Thomas Hobbes ne likhi the. 2nd = Hobbes ne kaha tha k sovereign will have absolute powers and laws must not be applicable on him.

Walaikum assalam. Thanks for appreciation.. 1. Leviathen ek book thi, ye to mene bataya hi nahi... me sirf leviathen ka concept samjha raha tha... concept me ghlti nahi hai.. 2. King azaad hoga mene bhi yehi kaha hai.... azad hone ka yehi mtlab hota hai k wo law ka paband nahi... lekin john lock ka yehi nazariya hai k instead of the king, constitution must be the supreme. Lihaza ap ye smjho k pehle zmane me king k pas thi sovereignty... lekin aj k doar me constitution hi supreme hai... lihaza aj k doar me leviathen ki jagah constitution ne le li... e.g UNO
