First create all the ledgers according to your prev balance sheet ledger names . Second thing is you create vehicle maintenance for each vehicle separate ledger under group direct exp.. and collections for each vehicle create separate ledgers under group direct income. Office maintenance related all exp ex rent, electricity salaries , conveyance ledgers comes under indirect exp

Very simple click on Company info on the right hand side button panel and select alter and choose the company which you want to delete then press alt+d to delete the entire data
