Taqdeer Arabic: تقدیر also refers to predestination in Islam, the "absolute decree of the Divine", and comes from the same Q-D-R three consonant root, but is of a different "grammatical orders and thus not considered interchangeable" with Qadr.

I agree with Jahangir bhai, Taqdeer ik nahi balke infinite taqdeerein hein, har ik action ki ik nayi taqdeer hai, ya phir usko reality kehlo, yani infinite realities, har path ka ik outcome hein aur paths aur outcomes dono infinite hein, insaan ki freewill hai wo konsa path choose karta hai. Allah ko har ik reality, path aur outcome ka already maloom hai kyunki Allah ke liye time kuch nahi hai, present past future Allah ke liye nahi hai, wo har waqt har jagah hai.

Angels have free will . What's the use of that worship that is forced. They just don't have test, the basic instinct of soul is worship, it's a universal axiom such as logic because they don't have tests and trails, they just worship without disobedience. And my rabb knows best
