I've got hypermobolity spectrum disorder and a slipped disc. I also get myofacial trigger pain - the strongest prescribed painkillers don't do *anything*for it. My TENS is brilliant and I'd not be about it. If pain is especially bad then painkillers in conunjunction with the unit seems to increase the endorphin release too.

We will have a complete series soon on TENS use. Go to Bobandbrad website and click on Programs. Unfortunately we do not have it complete yet but will in a month or so. Or presently google Bob and Brad, how to use a TENS unit and it should come up.

Is there a difference between the tens units on say Amazon and the one the doctor orders for you??? I got one of the first ones out over 30 years ago that worked better than the new ones and was so much smaller than my new one and stronger
@poochyboi4 жыл бұрын
No difference. Doctors prescribe the same thing that you would get on the internet.

Can yous guys please make a video on damage of heavy backpacks?
@cookiemama44 жыл бұрын
I think you pretty much answered your question.. :) Don't carry heavy backpacks on your back! Please use the ones with wheels that you pull.. I'm older, and I walked a few miles to and from school, carrying all my books! Had to keep shifting from left arm, to right arm.. It was misery! Back packs for students had not been "invented" yet! A bank pack would have been heaven- sent back then, but one with wheels would have saved my back! My sisters and I all have bad backs!

How would i use this for crohns abdominal pain?after the sharp& pain starts, my body immediately receives itself of dispelling diarrhea. Which results in fatigue. Which causes pain. Stopping the sharp pain relieves and stops my body from diarrhea. The fast acting pain pills stops the pain and diarrhea. Opiods and opiates usually causes constipation. But i never have a problem. My body constantly relieves itself 6-12xs a day. I have athyroidism and still relatively small. 6ft 140lbs

I bought one off of wish years ago because I didn't have the money to buy one. I still have it but I don't use it because every time I try to use it I get electrical zaps not in a good way lol I tried changing the leads and I'm still getting it so I guess I'll just wait until I get a better one

Great info! Are there any dangers? My chiropractor (probably about 10 years ago) strongly warned me not to use it on my head or put one on my back and one on the chest. She was in a hurry, so I didn't really get to find out why. I kind of assumed it would do something bad to your brain or your heart.
