Hi, Can u please explain about Model checking and Proof of correctness in QC? This is present in ISTQB 4.0 Chapter 1, section 1.2.2

As per ISTQB 4.0 Chapter1, Section 1.2.2 QC is a product-oriented, corrective approach that focuses on those activities supporting the achievement of appropriate levels of quality. Testing is a major form of quality control, while others include formal methods (model checking and proof of correctness), simulation and prototyping. Please explain this.
