I wanna tell this story of how this changed something in my life. Basically to show that it _does_ work and I had my doubts about it. Because I didn’t understand it. Basically when I was younger.. I had two aunts that made fun of my hair. It’s a lot to explain so I won’t go into it. Now, over a decade and a half later.. I’m VERY self conscious about my hair. And have been ever since. Now it’s thinning, etc. at only 30 years old. I’m just soooo self conscious about it. It seems like a small thing but if you’re a woman, you understand lol. Anyways.. for years. Everytime I got in the shower and washed my hair, I pictured my aunts catty, mean comment to me as a kid 😓 those same emotions came up and it made my heart sink every time. It was damaging my confidence and honestly.. my hair physically IMO. So one day in the shower.. I remembered the clearing statement. I started saying it every time that memory came up. Like six or so months later, it randomly popped in my head and I remembered that I haven’t thought about it in forever!!! This shit was haunting me FOR YEARS!!! And it was gone!!! Lolol. I swear my hair is getting thicker too 🤣 idk. Idk if im doing this right.. or if that’s what it’s supposed to do.. but I have A LOT of trauma in my life. Most is blocked out from my childhood. But anytime a bad, traumatic memory comes up, I do the clearly statement 🥺 I hope I’m doing it right but all I know is that it’s cleared out a couple of really bad memories I had.

I have started a shy use of this techniques, especially the ones in talk to the entities, and my question is the following: How do we know what connections we are establishing with this sort of techniques and symbology? I usually refrain from using some symbology that can tap into my psychic and magical self if I am not sure that it comes from a clean source that will make me free for lives to come.. What I mean with this is that I believe in the power of these tools or permission slips as Bashar would call them, and I feel that we must beware of the connections we might establish when using tools that we dont know where they come from or where they draw their power from. For example: the clearing statement of access is using some symbology that I am not sure what it means.. Its supposed to work even if you dont know where this is originated, and many encourage you to use this tool even if you dont understand it.. Im not saying that you have to understand logically all the processes that you are doing, but still I have doubts of this symbology, and what it represents, and how this clearing is taking place in our energy layers.. Is it really safe for us to use this type of practice? How do we know that the meaning of this clearing statement and the rest of the access tools is really good for us and we are not subjected to some kind of mind control that can kick in at some point after some time using this tools? Thank you!

POC Is the point of creation of the thoughts, feelings and emotions immediately preceding whatever you decided. All 9 Stands for nine layers of crap that we're taking out. It’s crap that you’re generating yourself, which is the bad part. The good part is because you created it, you can change it. Shorts Is the short version of: What’s meaningful about this? What’s meaningless about this? What’s the punishment for this? What’s the reward for this? Boys Stands for nucleated spheres. Have you ever been told you have to peel the layers of the onion to get to the core of an issue? Well, this is it-except it’s not an onion. It’s an energetic structure that looks like one. These are pre-verbal. Have you ever seen one of those kids’ bubble pipes? Blow here and you create a mass of bubbles on the other end of the pipe? As you pop one bubble it fills back in. Basically these have to do with those areas of our life where we’ve tried to change something continuously with no effect. This is what keeps something repeating ad infinitum… Beyonds Are feelings or sensations you get that stop your heart, stop your breath, or stop your willingness to look at possibilities. It’s like when your business is in the red and you get another final notice and you say argh! You weren’t expecting that right now.

Ok it all sounds good, but please explain why mumbling (or even stating clearly and coherently) a few abbreviations for terms and concepts is actually going to have any impact on my life or reality. Is this to simply taken on "Faith" or is there any real basis for this. Why does this work. And why would it be any better than affirmations, or mantras, or voodoo or whatever. I am open minded and will give it a try but for how long? Am I to expect immediate results or does it take 10 years to see some progress? If I can placate my conscious mind with some answers to the How and Why of it will the results be that much better and occur that much quicker? My conscious mind is not impressed with gibberish as you say. And yes I do take many things on "Faith" every day. Such as "if I get up and walk across the floor I will not fall through it, even though it is 99.9999% empty space". Been there and done that and I know for a fact that it works time after time. Hmmmm. I'm not necessarily against clearing statements; in fact I see that they may be useful; but this one does not resonate with me at all. I'm watching this video because I had a session with a Coach today who kept using this every time I did not go along with what he thought was best for me. I kept imagining that he was doing a weirdy dance around a cauldron "POC and POD, boil and bubble". It was extremely annoying. How would he feel if every time he disagreed with someone they would recite this annoying ditty as if they should break free from a resistance-spell? I"m not impressed. At all.

There are many things in this reality you must experience first hand to either believe or know, diving off a cliff is something we've objectively identified as deadly and we can prove it without having to be an example of it so that statement isn't necessarily a logical way to deny the previous one. Besides, you should doubt everything before you try it, that way you can see for yourself what is true for you. To deny it's truth before your experience, that isn't beneficial to anyone, it only prevents a possible possibility from your own experience.
