Great thought we will add that to the list of things to test next!

Thank you for the tests and the nice video about it. But some feadback: the Grafik with the filament usage in Meters and Grams must be having an error as the filament density is "static" / the same overall and so the usage must be the same. Or have you changed the filament between the printers?

Thank you for giving the video a watch and for the feedback. I will look into that to see if I can learn more about it.

You're welcome! I will look into that.

8:00 Silly idea ranking them only by clamping force. As you can see, some of them has very short C, others have longer C. Of course the longer one can't clamp with the same force (the momentum is about the same), but it's working range is bigger.

Thx for the video. Seems like you enjoy comparing different designs. Can you combine the best element of those designs and make something even better at the end of the video? if it's possible for you, please try to categorize your videos before it becomes out of control. ty.🙏

Just curious - why were you printing a prime tower when you were only using one color/material? Seems there were no filament changes.
@FilamentFabrication4 ай бұрын
Great question, the reason for the tower is so the printer can achieve a "smooth" time-lapse video. The print head moves out of the way and prints the tower while a picture is taken then it goes back to the print. If the tower wasn't there the time lapse would show the print head jumping around and I prefer the look of the print materializing out of thin air.

This channel is great and it looks like your latest video got picked up by the algorithm so maybe you're taking off.
