Not that I overdrive my KO2s, but if I considered a larger tire, i wonder how full float axle would do?

Full float axles are almost always better with 40s. On a semi float, the axle shaft carries all of the weight whereas on a full float, the hub does. The axle shaft only is only responsible for make the vehicle move forward. Also, full float has 2 bearings on each side and semi float only has one.
