What is the best way to become a Surveyor - Sava Diploma or Degree?

If you are thinking about becoming a Surveyor you may well have considered both the degree/masters route or the Sava Diploma. As a Surveyor who both a Sava Trainer and a UCEM Associate Tutor I share my perspective on both these options.
