They were the "leg-strengthening" stage of the Rebuilding of the Nation before we repurchased the National Center in '88. A lot of "would be" and "wanna be" leaders could learn a whole lot if they would just humbly ask the Minister for his advice. This particular message would be good for them to listen to.
