What is the difference after you have got Pi Node container (Double your mining speed)

Pi network has got a lot of attention recently. After the mining rate drops at the beginning of March, now the mining rate boosted again since the new protocol has taken effect after the third Pi day. We still have several chances to increase the mining rate.
You can browser the normal homepage using the Pi browser. Such as you can join the Chat room from the Pi browser app. It will increase the mining rate. Maybe other apps in the Pi browser can also boost the mining rate.
Establishing a Pi Node is one of the best methods I think. I have set up the Pi node one week ago. Yesterday I have got the Pi node container. The bonus is very large since it almost doubles my mining rate. Hope you will also get the container soon.

Thanks for the video- 10 days ago I started running 24/7 the node on my spare laptop ( i7 cpu ) and the bonus at the beginning was 1.02 and now it’s been a few days it dropped down to 0.08 and I don’t understand why….the ports are open and the state is synced. At a certain point I mistakenly cancelled the portschecker container and I think that this could be the problem…other things that might influence the bonus could be the fact the fact that the Node installation date and availability are unknown (N/A- see below the diagnostic) Anyway, I don’t know how to add the portschecker container to Docker. Thanks for your comment. I run the node all the time if it is possible. I have re-setup my node again to check something. In fact, I backup my whole system and tried to restore it again. But it failed. So I set up again from clean Windows 10. This time I even had no backup. Let it be and run all the time. Hope you will increase the mining rate. Also, I will upload another video that tells you how to increase the mining rate with utility usage. I want to figure out what is the proper and simple method to boost up. Have a nice day.

When I find a decrease I usually check if everything is okay and reboot the computer again. I spent a whole day setting up the container 😂😂 cheking that the process is working probably and fixing the issues it really boring 😂 but in the end i did it and receive the bonus at the end of every mining session .. The most important thing you should check is the state it must be "synced" 😇

Thank you for your reply. I did a bit of research and I found that it’s possible to run the Docker container without the Pi Node software. My problem began after I did a clean install of W10 Pro. The Pi Node software is still stuck at “Loading” but the Container is running as of 08:21PM 12/11/2022. I use the batch file method to check the netstat -aon command as instructed in another one of your previous videos. Pi.txt log files indicate network activity and can be verified using Resource Monitor in Windows 10. The Task Manager is also showing periodic CPU usuage spikes from both Docker Desktop and Pi Network .EXEs.

Thanks for your comment. I am not sure why the bonus drop. Are your node still running? You know sometimes Windows will update some software underground and reboot again. Please check if your node is still running. Now all of the nodes are still just on the test period. I don't know what will happen later. If you have further problems please tell me what are going. I started using my spare laptop as a node, waiting for approval. My node bonus was high, but total it becomes 0.16. I keep my laptop plugged in and never sleep with screen off, I just leave it there. Is it enough? Or I have to use the laptop?

Glad to know you start to set up a node. I am not sure what the meaning "My node bonus was high, but total it becomes 0.16. ". Is it mean suddenly it drops to 0.16 but normally it is high? If you really want to make a node in good condition, the PC should run 24/7, of course. And if it always drops down bonus please check if you have some setup option issue. Usually, turn off upgrade software and keep the hard disk and network working. Also, take care of your laptop, when a laptop runs continually it may become hot and the battery may have problems. I have no experience running a laptop very long time. Just say what others are worried about. Anyway, it is a good start. Hope you get a high bonus and pass KYC as well.

Sure, it is still a good choice to run node. But I did not recommend using laptop since it may have over heat problem. The node should run 24/7. Of course you can try it. At first running, take care don't make the laptop too hot especially now almost summer. Good luck.

Are you log in as an administrator? If not, it is not allowed to change something important. After that, you should find the correct port number to access the modem control center. Some modems use 192.168.3.1/, others may have different access methods. Please check your modem case to find the login name and password. Some modems may not write this information. You can use admin, admin, as a default test. If still have problems please tell me the manufacturer or brand of the modem. Maybe I can help a little. Good luck.

这还真不知道。你的节点运行正常吗？这么说吧，你第一次运行时候是不是能正常接收区块链数据？如果不能，那你的节点就没有安装好。如果第一次能接受，而且同步了，以后慢慢延迟，达不到最新的区块高度，那就是延迟的问题了。现在区块高度大概是7百6十万不到一点，你的Local block number变化很小，但是应该还在增加，看Troubleshooting后可以看见你的Consensus的State，在cating 中，那就是延迟了。估计应该是docker的问题。你可以看看我最近出的一个视频，解说了如果解决延迟的问题。希望能有帮助。真的没有运行节点还能有奖励，那你真的好运气了。哈哈。

If you only want to run it shortly, I think it may be ok. It just fulfills the limited necessary that run a node. Also, the laptop usually has a heat dissipation problem when long time running. I suggest that use a better specification desktop computer to run the node. Just my opinion. I myself treat the node as a mining machine such as mining bitcoin at a really low cost. After the Pi network goto mainnet and can get paid from mining Pi coins, then upgrade the computer again according to your budget. This is a two steps work. Hope it can give you some ideas.
