So far I only have one of the 5 up. kzbin.infoUgkxOXxsTZ3ptV_Pk0fFl8bNZvVqeoqBQFwe My son ran out of time, with motion detector etc. I have it over my garage door. It works great. Have seen a couple of cats, my dogs, when I am out front. And had a bee buzzing around right in front of it. It works very well. It even shows the neighbour's driveway, but only shows movement just past my own, which is very long. I highly recommend them.

I've been binge watching a bunch of videos on different types of cameras and stuff. After watching about 20 videos before this one, I wish I found this one first because that would have saved me a lot of time. Haha.

I can extract number plate info on my Annke Analogue DVR system, mine has a alarm trigger menu so I can locate files easily when something triggers the cameras, it is easy to edit the file size so I can also copy these files to a usb stick if needed to hand to the police, the dvr still plugs in to the internet for viewing online or cloud storage, analogue is usualy better in weak internet signal areas as it provides a better quality image 24/7 in 1080p. Most analogue systems support at least two IP cameras and 6 analogue cameras they also come with colour cameras remote 360 degree cameras and wired cameras. The night vision is amazing quality in colour. they have human and vechicle detection settings and sensativity adjustment to, most of which is ample for most households. its not true that you cannot extract the data from the video files on an annalogue recording in fact it simplifies things by compressing each image file so that it can be coppied to a usb stick in seconds. its is worth noting that coaxial and power also carries sound to. The analogue systems support both analogue and IP cameras where as the IP systems only support IP cameras so you have access to almost any type of cctv camera you wish to use on your system often making it cheaper to replace or upgrade your cameras when you need to. Ip cameras also overload your internet download bandwith sometimes slowing it down to a crawl particularly when a loit of people are trying to stream video or play games and many youtubers warn of this happening Annalogue systems wont do this if you record 24/7 and dont connect the dvr to the internet, who wants to be on their phone all day checking in on the house? let the dvr take the strain and stop worying its all being recorded. unless you have pets you want to check up on with internbal cameras its just another waste of time and another level of stress to worry about, better to leave the dvr to record knowing if anything happens its going to be covered by your cctv system.

Analogue CCTVs formed the basis of East Germany's centralised switched mass surveillance network. It was connected to Stasi control centres via mechanical switches and in this way Stasi could track the motion lines of people, not just democratic activists,all across the country. Korea adopted this system in digital form and is connected to China's Skynet.

Analog cctv can use video balun for make easy installation, or can use cctv extender over fiber-optic for more distance and installation. And also ip camera can use converter utp to Fiber Optic for more distance, or use poe repeater (just information from me for sharing)

IP camera can be wired 250 meters. I curios I have not tried that far without using a POE extender in the middle. What type of UTP are you referring to?
@hardcorz3 жыл бұрын
Does the IP camera system put a load on the bandwidth on your internet service? If having 8 or more cameras I can imagine it would create a load. Also do IP cameras go down when the internet goes down?
@Lalo_plays3 жыл бұрын
Only remote viewing. It will still record.
@roboxacademy2 жыл бұрын
Only if you are constantly streaming it remotely (or locally for that matter). As a standalone NVR, it should be fine and no, the IP cameras don't go down when the internet goes down. The good thing about IP cameras with onboard SD card storage, is that if the cable goes down, it can still record locally which actually gives you a much higher level of security.

Is NVR system requires higher upload spead on broadband, like 8 x 8mp bnc and 8x 8mp ip cameras can be run with same upload speed ?
@roboxacademy2 жыл бұрын
It's always advised to have a higher upload speed no matter the recorder. You can of course adjust the bitrate if you have a lower upload speed, or use the dual stream option on most recorders- This means record locally in a high resolution and transmit in a lower resolution. This overcomes the problem of slow upload speed. Good luck, I hope this helps.

I have a qestion, i saw most video people use baluns for analog camera, but do we have baluns for ip camera? lets say i want to install long diatance cable for ip camera
@roboxacademy2 жыл бұрын
Hi there, you don't need baluns for IP cameras. For long distance, use a CAT6 cable or Fiber optic.
@ezzatluqman2 жыл бұрын
@@roboxacademy i see, thanks for the respons dude. I need to run the cable for 200m. does cat6 cable can do that?
@roboxacademy2 жыл бұрын
Yes but this all depends on the camera and NVR you're using. Check with the manufacturer. You will likely only get a maximum resolution of 2MP. Also, make sure you use a good quality CAT6 cable, pure copper and maybe even armoured if you can get. You can also use CAT6 and put baluns for an analogue signal but power the camera locally so the CAT6 is just being used for video.
