Are grade 2 esphageal varices in a Cirrhosis patient occur in compensated stage or Decompensated stage of cirrhosis?

I had my spleen removed when I eight. I am now fifty-eight. I have celiac disease. My ALT & AST have tested high since 2015, however my doctors have ignored these reports. I've had many problems that have worsened over the years and now have extreme discomfort and bloating, hiatal hernia, esophageal erosion, neurological difficulties. No sign of jaundice but I'm concerned that I'm in the latter stage of your description. How can I find a specialist who will help me without running into another doctor who will only ignore me?
