See Tribunals can be of many types. The one which is used for Arbitration purpose....is known as Arbitral Tribunal. So tribunal is a wider concept whereas arbitral tribunal is a part of it.

There is no need for tribunal, if every state would have a supreme court bench and every district has a high court bench, etc. If the function properly, so all victims get justice timely. ट्रिब्यूनल की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है, यदि प्रत्येक राज्य में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की पीठ होगी और प्रत्येक जिले में उच्च न्यायालय की पीठ होगी, आदि। काम सही ढंग से हुआ तो सभी पीड़ितों को समय पर न्याय मिलेगा।
