Menifee has so much land to grow additional neighborhoods. People are saying Menifee is the new Corona or Rancho Cucamonga. It has the space and development to become that.

It’s a Boom Town for sure 😊

First year in Menifee & I think you said everything! A lot of our activities have naturally landed more in Murrieta or Temecula, but we like living here too. Driving back in seeing the snow capped mountains this year was a real treat. Lots of new development going on even just since we’ve been here too.

I LOVE Menifee! I enjoying visiting Murrieta and Temecula, but I found a larger home at a better price with everything I need within a short driving distance. Many newer neighborhoods are kept up nicely! My son attends the newly built Liberty High School which feels like a private school, but it’s public. Yes, part of the Perris USD but the staff take pride in building a good culture for all students. All cities locally have something great to offer, including Menifee!

Hi @galateaworld thanks for taking the time to write. The new Liberty High School looks great and we hear a lot of positive things like you are saying here. It looks like a junior college with the facilities and programs like tech/medical etc. Thanks again for the positive feedback.

Like everything each have their pros and cons but I personally would be happy loving in all the areas. We ended up choosing new construction in Sommers Bend Temecula but the lower prices made Menifee tempting.

Hi @andynickles7505 it sounds like your thought process was similar to a lot of our clients. Congrats on Sommers Bend and Temecula. It is a great community.

My husband and I moved out here to Murrieta about 1 year ago and we love it. Initially, we wanted to live in Temecula but ended up buying a new construction home in Murrieta 😊

We love living here too 😊 I’m on my 3rd house in Murrieta and always shopped for homes in Temecula too, just kept winding up in Murrieta 😂 Thanks for sharing and glad Murrieta is working out for you!

We have pictures and video of those snow capped mountains...just ran out of time and wanted to publish this morning. Back on track with Wednesdays!

As this summer finally heats up (it has been unusually cool) that snow will be less and less visible if people are wondering.

Are there any homes that back up to or face a lake in Menifee or close by? I hope your new baby is doing well, I just had my first little boy 18 days ago 😊

Hi @jondeak. Yes, there is Heritage Lake in Menifee which is one of my favorite communities. There is also Menifee Lakes there near Newport which is a bit older but nice. That is the drone shot in the video if that is what planted the thought. Another is "The Lakes" also off Newport and Laguna Vista Drive which is newer with awesome amenities at the clubhouse and community pool. We call that the "water park" slide when we show people. Hope that helps and congrats on your little boy!

I feel like Menifee and Temecula have more things to do than Murrieta. 😇😅

Hi @RyanSaldana. Apologies for missing this comment until now. You might be right but we still like Murrieta the most. Both Menifee and Temecula are a short drive as you probably know. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.
