I've asked ShinyGriffin's email about this same question, this is what she said; "The fastest swimmers are tied between the Hesperornis and the Cockatrice, and all non-aquatic birds all have the same swimming speed as their walking speed. The fastest flier is the Peregrine falcon, slowest are the Sparrow and Chickadee. Fastest runners are a tie between Ostrich, Moa, Elephant Bird, Kelenken, and Peryton. Slowest runners are a tie between several arboreal birds like Sparrow, Kingfisher, Hummingbird, etc." - ShinyGriffin This was said on January 1st of 2024, take in note some stuff is outdated, such as the Timberdoodle Sandpiper now being the slowest flying bird in the game, and some other obvious additions like the Roadrunner and Rhea.

Thanks for letting me know! I believe the moa has a larger stride due to its larger size, giving it a wee margin, so I will still put it faster.

My opinion in fastest runner is peryton fastest swimmer is Hesperornis and fastest flyer is pelican cuz when it takes off it’s really fast unlike others you need to pick up speed to go fast in flight
