What is the future of teams? | Ars Electronica Futurelab

Future Teams is a collaborative research project with the mission to inspire and support human creativity in the future workplace. The project aims to develop innovative technologies, spaces, and services that foster collaboration and cultivate exceptional teams. These future teams may also include non-human members like microorganisms and plants, robots and AI, and even the Earth's environment.
The project started in 2022, with the first version - the Future Buddy platform - being introduced at the Ars Electronica Festival 2023. The collaboration between Ricoh, Art and Program, and Ars Electronica Futurelab continues, further advancing the idea of diverse inspiration and co-creation at the workplace.
