Madam my size is 14mm..but till now i did not experience any stomach pain or vomitting..figured out this gallbladder stones when i went for some other scan. Wether this has to be removed?Also i have a disturbance in my right shoulder when i do some movement..please advise

I came and I have problem with pancreas, when I looked at the scan, they said that there is a small blockage in the pancreas, it can be fixed by endo scoopy, the doctor said that, can you tell me what it is? 😮‍💨
