Thank you! That was super helpful about the gallbladder in chicken liver. We were cutting liver in our kitchen and looking at a gallbladder exactly like you show, as we watched your video to see if we were going to catch a deadly disease or not 😂

I'm currently trying to add bone to this recipe instead of the bone substitute I have been using. I usually get human grade chicken breast meat (or other protein) and mince it myself. I don't use chicken thighs with the bone but can get chicken carcasses. Would you be able to provide a rough guide to how many pound/kilos of raw meat to how much chicken bone to use? It would help people who don't use chicken thighs or who use a variety of different meats.

The green stuff/thing is the gallbladder. It's gross. I tried it. So I cut it off. Edit: I know, you just said that. 😅.
