What is the Impact of Alcohol on Hormones?

After years and years of abuse i can't sleeep at night, i wake up every hour, rarely i sleep 2-3 hours, my blood sugar is at 100 in the morning, i use to have chronic dihareea(i solved it), agitation, anxiety, severe depression, frequent UTI, imunitary issues, My libido is low. My luck is that my liver is fine for now, the blood tests are good. This message is to the public, please people don't destroy your lives with alcohool! Alcohool will never make you feel better and will never solve your problems!

Not being a know it all ,but on my hand sanitizer it just says 62% ethanol.I guess some may be different.depending on where you buy it
