First of all, thank you very much for your way of explaining JW in such a simple and easy way. I had a chance in my life to get coached by Joseph Lufth when the great genius was already at his great age of 95. He said while explaining the opening of dark box which is hidden from me and also from the World by taking calculated and possible risk in life which we all dislike as it calls for going out of set pattern and comfort zones. He said: "A ship is always safest in harbour, but there she makes no commerce; only when she ventures out into the sea, sails through ups and downs of waves, survives the storm and reaches the other shore by facing different experiences on the journey, she brings home prosperity and brownies of life"

I love this tool. 1. More self realization 2. Gets us talking to others to learn how we represent ourselves. 3. We will realize if we are living our Truth. All positive things for our development ❤️💐❤️

An ex boss of mine was being a coachee and asked me to fill a list of weak and strength points, so without knowing Johari window I think I work in his blind spot panel! Thank you Ajit for your videos, very useful for me to open my mind!!

Very nicely narrated ! Kudos !! In Indian society there are many taboos like drinking alcohol, womenizing, gambling so on and so forth. If a person makes his vices( as narrated here) to the people around him, do not they think very bad about him? Then what purpose does it serves to reveal the habits to others?

That's a great question, Venkateswara! The "facade" section is important to identify what are the strengths and weaknesses we haven't shared with others. This allows us to 1) leverage those strengths, and/or 2) work on those weaknesses. It is not mandatory to share these with others, the most important step is to acknowledge them and be conscious about them. What to do next will depend on the person what they want to do with that information. For example, if someone with bad habits wants to change or improve, then choosing a safe circle to share it with might help them get the support system they need to make it happen. We hope this clarified your question! Thanks for asking :)

First time I've heard of this methodology. Very informative. Thank you so much. I'm definitely going to incorporate some of these points in my future coaching sessions and relationship-building efforts. I'd love to know where did you get those paintings behind you? I'm very interested in buying them myself.

@mindvalleycoach4 жыл бұрын
So glad you enjoyed it, Mihaela! This tool is especially useful for clients that aren't very aware of themselves, their strengths, how they show up in the world... It can help them understand themselves better and "upgrade" how they want to show up. Hope this helps! ❤
