If they sign Soto, NImmo and Marte to Yankees for Cortes and Stroman? O'Neil moves to left and Vientos to first (Yankees sign Alonso)? Sign Adames for third? Iglesias continues at second? Trade Baty, Mauricio, and Acuna to Padres for either Cease or King?

The Yankees will not want Starling Marte and why would the Mets trade one of their core players in Brandon Nimmo (who LOVES the organization) for someone like Marcus Stroman who didn't play in the postseason and he also said horrible things about the Mets organization and their fans. You also lost credibility for calling Jeff McNeil Jeff "O'Neil." And it's a horrible idea to trade Acuna who was a stopgap when Lindor was hurt later in the year? Trade Baty, sure. But not Acuna and probably not Mauricio who played well before his injury.
