Hi! It’s 6 month to 2 years you extend it. I had to attend to language classes and work on my research cause I arrived in Japan in October and it was very close to the entrance exam

Hi Yumi! First of all Congratulations! I'm so happy for you! You need to check the departments and the professors and find one that is related to your proposal! But yes of course there is a possibility! Getting accepted depends on your proposal and the fact that the university you're applying can support your research.
