I Just ordered the kit and I am so excited. My husband is always telling me I need to work on my will power with food, and I am really hoping this helps.

I bought 21 day fix and so did many of my friends....nobody succeeded....it is b.s. don't spend ur $ ....lose weight with sensible eating and exercise. These people just trying to get your money. Don't be a sucker pls.

I purchased the 21 day fix program 3 years ago. My husband and I only did the portion control without any exercise. He was 184 and I was 145. He lost 35 lbs and I lost 20lbs. Not water. Needed new wardrobes after. The weight stays off. When we take our cruise vacations we add some back but just do program again and its all gone in 21 days (actually before). Not to mention the energy and mood improvements are what make us love the program so much more. Everyone I shared it with that followed it had same results. This program works. What I find crazy is all the info is online for free, which I found out after but I don’t feel cheated because it actually works if you follow it. The thing I love the most is her cook books. Some meals are better tasting than any restaurants food in my area.

You're a sucker, maybe. This is helping me a lot to lose weight after 5-6 months of full stop regardless being on a consistent caloric deficit. Also, you have to work out everyday to see the results, it's never just the food or the exercise itself, but the combo of both (unless you're very obese, in that case caloric restriction only works in the beginning). Ps: if you're exercising and you're following the modified version, then rest assured you won't see much. But it's still good to get started, just don't take it easy and only follow Kat.
