Garou ult missed variants that might make him better🙏 Water stream rock smashing: smashes the ground creating a big aoe (a lil smaller than the rampage animation) Final hunt: nothing, if you miss it its your fault for missing the most damaging move in your moveset 💀 Rock splitting fist: throw a rock after the spin (kinda like foul ball) Crushed rock: if you miss it, you jump backwards to avoid being punished (can also be used for chasing)

For me, It’s tied between genos or garou, and the only reason I say genos is because of how much he is of a target to saitama. You don’t get to use the full ultimate if there are enough saitama users in the server. As for garou it’s pretty easy to see why, he has way too short of an ultimate for how much running you have to do just to get in range of your opponent, and there are so many characters that have moves to counter garou (like split second counter for crushed rock, or pin point cut for garou’s third move) that even if you do get close enough, most people will just combo you until the last sliver of ult runs out.

The tatsumaki ult is the best cosmic strike, if you see a group of people you can go to them and act normal and then just use cosmic strike from out of nowhere and do 50% of damage. and next one is seismic fist so seismic fist is bad because you can just use side dash and dash out of it. and third one terrible tornado its the best tatsumaki ult because you can just use 4 m1’s and use terrible tornado and they die

In my honest opinion (not taking Saitama into consideration cus it'd be unfair) Atomic samurai's got the most boring ult, effects are cool and all but it doesn't really compensate for the lack of "gameplay(?)" Garou's is definitely a close second
