My tips (but surely everyone knows) is going on free contract player. There are bunch of really good mexican player for "free". U can start a great career with a minor club. I choose Herta Berlin

For some reason injury severity only works when you are actually playing every match I put it on 100 and played one game, got three injuries, and then simmed the rest of the season and not one

Tbh I think you should give a Wimbledon rebuild another shot: you got really screwed over with that sacking and I feel like it could make for a great video. There's also my club, Bari. You could make a career mode with it and have to keep a net spend of 0 until you get to the Serie A and accept any transfer offer from Napoli because of the current ownership situation. Also, once you get to the Serie A, because right now a member of Kuwait's royal family seems to be interested in purchasing the club, you may have to scout youngsters from Kuwait and try to develop at least one. You could also try and remake the famous "Bari dei baresi" and only play italian academy youngsters or players from the city of Bari.

Impossible because there's that stupid hidden mechanic of ever increasing pass error with every pass you make without losing possession. If you don't believe me, try stringing 10 passes together in your own half and trying releasing your winger with a through ball. 9/10 times it will fail. Now, do the same thing but instead of 10 passes, only make 2-3 passes before releasing your winger with a through ball, you'll have far more success.

Academy players having low diving is not bug,it is actually quite realistic because usually academy goalies have diving as their main weakness,also most of the academy players have low heading,which makes sense too

Lower diving and heading would make sense for youth players as you said, but the game could still benefit from them being higher than they currently are. People are complaining about diving because the stat is so low that it is difficult to train youth GKs to ever be usable in your main squad.

There's another video a channel had about it. But in summary, what's worked for me in Tactical View AI settings is turning max sprint speed as low as possible, raising shot/pass error to 80+, and slowing the pass+shot speed to the mid teens. Managed a bunch of full MLS seasons in Tactical View with it, and played some Prem custom cups. It feels legit to real life. That setup produces anything from gritty 0-0 draws to a 5-1 blowouts depending on the opponent and how you/they set up. But it feels very realistic in terms of speed and buildup compared to real games. It's way too fast without slowing down the sliders. A little on the sloppy side, but you definitely have to work hard for everything you score just like in real life.

Tactics have been overhauled too much imo, they should have blended the new system with the old system instead of an outright switch. It's very finicky but you can get your players to play better, just have a proper in depth look at what each kind of role actually does. Took me about 20 different tactics setups before I finally figured out what they were actually doing

The defensive AI is very good for both the CPU and the AI, but the attacking AI is rubbish. They don’t make any runs in behind, and none of the CMs will join the attack, they just stand still so you have to force something to happen if you play on simulation mode

I recently got FC25 and I'm starting a manager career with Chesterfield on Sterling currency. The one main problem I have is the fact that every player is on more than £6000 wages a week, which surely is no way realistic. I have to say, I’m not really enjoying the gameplay this year. There are moments I like, especially adjusting the AI behavior, but my players just don’t perform well. Most of the time there are a few players in the opponent’s box, and sometimes, my AI teammate stops a counterattack to drop back, even with offensive tactics. Every attack feels the same - run down the wing, cross, score. It’s boring. Scoring from open play seems impossible due to the lack of passing options. Maybe it’s my formation. Any ideas or suggestions?

I haven't had that issue myself, maybe once or twice but I think it could just be the formation and the player roles you set, as some players don't have a playstyle so may struggle to understand the role. That could be wrong but that's my takeaway from it all, as I have enjoyed the gameplay this year myself.

Your players are either constantly lacking sharpness or always fully fit which means you don’t need to rotate or have a big squad. The automated one seems the way to go. Press conferences are broken and the interface is terrible

EA are trying to do too much with the game. Very buggy, the tactics nonsense is absolutely crap. Go back to Defensive - Attack. My players doesn’t do what I programmed them to do, the player switch has gotten better worst. The game would make me Select a player that is nowhere near the ball rather than a player that is Simply the closest to make an interception but literally just stand there. I have conceded more than 28 goals within the first 10 minutes of the half. No I’m not shitte the game doesn’t allow me to select what I want. £70 for a game that isn’t fully developed. Does EA think this is acceptable. I don’t play around with the (so called) sliders but had to tweak them. I have been saying this for a good 6 FIFA’s I won’t buy it again but now 1,000,000% this will be my final one. Us fans worldwide should Protest/Boycott EA games. Pathetic service & DEI woke BS!!!!
