I'm expecting we will get an aviary pack, since the community has been begging for this, I think this the most likely pack we're gonna get in December, but they might save it to March 2023 where the birds are more active,and instead we could get a mountains or islands animal pack.

I think since we have the California sea lion and grey seal in the game, I think seals and pinnipeds are the closest we are going to get to having marine life in Planet Zoo. Maybe sea turtles and manatees but we know they’ve said no to fish, sharks and cetaceans. They are conservation focused and sea turtles and manatees are endangered. If we get another pinniped, I think it will be the Walrus. But it is probably more likely we will get another walk through exhibit animal.

My analytical thoughts: 1. Look at the timelapse of release dates and the types of themes covered in these releases. Statistically, the Winter Pack releases "winter"-y themes in December (Arctic, Aquatic penguins, & Europe). So chances are December 13th makes the most statistical sense when comparing time releases, and obviously something wintery. 2. Looking at comparisons of animals covered between continents/biomes, and guest desires: we're lacking animals coving Australia/Oceania, Europe, and (if removing exhibit count) the Americas (both North and South). So chances are the options to choose from are much more likely going to land in these "realms" rather than elsewhere. This also leads me to think lightly that options to consider would be a Central American, Oceania, or Arabian/Mediterranean/Iberian Steppe potential in theme choices. 3. Looking forward into 2023, taking into account current "game coverage" dates (ending early 2023), and game mechanics that aren't fully fulfilled by this point. Spring packs in the past (South America, SE Asia, Wetlands) lean towards tropical themes. It would make sense that the theoretical final pack be a Tropical Aviary pack, but it could be the last chance to fill the roster with animals, so I'd lean towards more of a "megapack" of animals using the brachiation (sloth), flying/walkthrough exhibits (birds), and education stations/walkthrough exhibits (tropical exhibit reptiles, butterflies, and/or primates... a Treetops/Canopy Exhibit Mega Animal Pack... if you will. 4. Taking all of the above and then sorting out the rest.... I see two realistic options dependent on game coverage. -Option A (the better option, imho): Dec 13, 2022 -- Winter Animal Pack (European & North American animals, Australian furballs, Aquatic fillers). Potential holiday thematic lighting layovers, potential of Submarine transport ride. Followed up with the final pack in early March 2023 -- Arboreal "mega animal" Pack (showcasing a larger count of exhibit/small mammals, sloths, primates, and filling up with birds). -Option B (the "final" pack option): Winter Woodland Animal Pack (a few burrowers like a jackrabbit and echidna, a few swimming critter options, some predictable deer reskin, and then filling the rest with aviary-specific options like Owls, Eagles, Puffins, and more penguins). This pack would hurt in the count of "what we want", but would give us birds, potentially eggs and nesting behaviors, and be the last hurrah sendoff for Planet Zoo. 5. If More.... If there's any chance of extra packs for one more year, taking into account all the above, there really is only a few packs left I could predictably see Frontier providing (and in order): Siberian Woodland (Tundra/Woodland) in Dec 2022, Central America Pack in March 2023 (Canopy/Arboreal Exhibit), Deep Abyss/Oceania Pack in June 2023, Arabian Coast Pack in September 2023 (Mediterranean & Arabian wildlife), and a final message sendoff mega-animal pack along the lines of a "Rescue, Rehabilitation & Release" Pack or "Climate Crisis" Pack similar to the Conservation pack idea but expanding into final message on conservation efforts in zoos in hope to send a message on what we can actually do to protect this world before it's too late. The problem with this pack is no matter what angle Frontier takes, someone is going to complain crassly about it.

I'm hoping for a rare and unknown pack with animals like: lake Baikal seal, kakapo, Scottish wildcat, African forest elephant, tuatara(exhibit), red wolf, Guatemalan beaded lizard(gila monster but with a max size of 90cm making it big enough for a normal enclosure) and the Tibetan blue bear. This would also bring more attention to animals that are endangered without anyone knowing about it. Baikal seal isn't necessary endangered but it only lives in one place

Personally the only thing I really insist they do is add sharks/rays/seaturtles etc. I know cetaceans are most likely off the table because they tend not to do so great in captivity, but plenty of fish and marine reptile species do. Flying birds for the walkthrough exhibits, maybe alternative shapes and sizes for exhibits as well. New species that could easily be reskins of already existing ones (like dogs, seals, small cats and bigger flightless birds, etc.) are less important to me than putting in new groups of animals. They can over more ground if they give fish and birds and stuff like that, because modders can easily create new species if the rigs are appropriate enough. If they are planning to stop updating the game any time soon (I don't think they are, as far as I can tell the DLCs are always wildly successful) the most important thing they need to do before leaving IMO is to give us TMTK and an official way for people to implement their own animals (animations, models, enrichment objects, welfare requirements etc.) so people can still add content to the game. I think it would be worth their time and it would encourage a lot of people to buy the game after support is done.

I'd personally love to see something in relation to a petting zoo? Like goats?? or cows?? Some of the newer animals the last few months have allowed us to have some animals that fit for a petting zoo area but it think this could be interesting ngl

I am personally hoping for a Mountain Animal Pack, but i would also love an Island Animal Pack (Since they can include more Australian animals in that, since i don't think we will get a complete Australian Animal Pack, since i feel like there aren't enough popular animals to include aside from the Tazzie and the Emu, but considering we have the Cassowary already, i really don't see the need for the Emu). And an islands pack can give us another Tiger species as well, with the Sumatran (Seems to be the most popular alongside the Bengal and Siberian + Is sadly the only island Tiger thats not exctinct).

12:30 same I didn’t play the game since launch I started to play it in 2020 maybe 2019 can’t remember but ever since then I have played the game a lot I don’t have all the dlcs yet but in the state it’s in ya I be happy plus I would be less scared to add mods to my game becuse they would never be outdated or something so molders can make animals in peace knowing that there will be no update that breaks the game:)

My most 3 wanted packs at this moment would be... 1) Birds 2) Petting Zoo 3) More South American animals ( maned wolf, greater rhea, andean condor, patagonian mara, giant armadillo, guanaco, southern pudu, southern screamer, swamp deer)

I really want to see some more Madagascan animals. I love Madagascar and its unique wildlife so I would love to see the fossa, ring tailed mongoose or the sifaka added to the game. Maybe for exhibit animals the panther chameleon, giant day gecko or a leaf tailed gecko.

I absolutely love this game, as alot of people do. I've been playing since its release (still not amazing at it, but really enjoy it), i really hope that we do get at least one more full year of content. If however this is the final pack i for one will still continue playing. Like i said im not amazing at building at all, but i truly love and enjoy this game so much.

@Thrive in the case of your biome theme pack speculation video you did a little while ago and the main ones you talked about in this video, you took all the words right oout of my mouth ^^. Although a suggestion I’d give to you for ideas , I’d love to also see you come up with an Island/Coastal/Tropical pack with animals like Sifaka Lemurs and such , and perhaps an aquarium pack perhaps Also, I truly hope we keep goin after 2023 ^^, this game is the most incredible and awesome game in the world 🌎 ^^

While I certainly hope there are more great "real" animal packs coming out. but for the very LAST pack, kind of a farewell pack, that they ever do for Planet Zoo, I tink Mythological creatures would be interesting, you know, griffins, unicorns, bigfoot/yeti, pagasus....those type of things. Disney 's original plan for Animal Kingdom was to have a "land" with rides and such themed to mythological creatures, in addition to the living animals they have in the park. But what they've done so far with the digital version of living animals is pretty amazing.

It wasn't necessarily my first choice for a themed animal pack, but I feel like we might get a winter animal pack next. I have no idea what they would do for a walkthrough exhibit, or any exhibit, but if I'm right I'd love the following for habitat animals -Walrus -Musk Ox -Wolverine -Sichuan Takin -Pallas Cat -Golden Snub-Nosed Monkey -Siberian Musk Deer Most of these could fit in other packs but I'd be over the moon to see these animals in the game
