What is the range of a C piccolo flute

no piccolos standard range is written c7 (sounding c8) to d4 (d5) so you left out an entire octave lol

You are totaly right. I'm a saxophone player, and no really good piccolo player, so for me the Oktave above sounding c7 is to hard to play.

Actually the piccolo range is exactly like the flute range, but everything sounds an oktave higher. (And there's no low c and c# on Piccolo) kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6m2aZWHaJioisU

​@@carlkramer4427 as a picolo player myself even if possible to play them most of the times sound like trash. I would give till f6 as Okey sound, but there is people that can reach d7 (as out of tune as you could imagine)
