It's not that they are not aware of it. They are. The thing is in India, " are front end developer hi dekh lega, kaise app banana Hai, designing me kyu paise waste krna" . This thinking is taking time to change , ki agr user experience acha hi nhi hoga, toh kitne b achi programming language se app bnaya ho, wo uninstall ho jayega. Now some start ups are realizing and hiring designers. Facebook , Instagram are billion dollars companies because of user experience only, otherwise there are already number of social media app and no one give space to those in phone.
