Hi sir, When we construct the objects using factory call(created) ..We don't have any hierarchy for sequence item and sequence. So we have only an argument which is a string of type user-defined sequence item. In the slide, it is mentioned as two arguments which show inheritance relation that monitor is a parent to yapp_packet class. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Why do you want to replace the yap packet instances with the short packet instances? Why it should be done. I mean where it can be applicable in the real-time.

I love what I do but UVM makes me hate my job. When 80% of my job is figuring out why the UVM components aren't working, I fail to see how spending most of my time learning about something that's not the actual product is beneficial but I can't escape it.
