Greetings from Liberia 🇱🇷 That is really an amazing building, I can't wait to see it's completion. My family and I, along with some black American investors are building a hospital plus laboratory in Banga, Liberia. After seeing this beautiful building I think we need to add some levels to our lab. It won't be to the height of this one but I will definitely be the tallest lab/hospital in Liberia.

All the village's in NIGERIA are developing very fast. People are building beautiful houses in the village now. Anyway is the best place to leave because is very peaceful and lots of good food, like fresh vegetables.

That building is the state of the art hospital built by Dr. Godwin Maduka. The town was formerly known as Nkerefi but now Umuchukwu.

Every great city in the world started small. I totally concur with building tall buildings in a region as Igboland where land is scarce. More importantly folks should focus on developing their communities and states. That is the only way to give back to the community that supported and raised them.

Because they are tribalists. They syphone the oil rich wealth from the south and invest it in the North of Nigeria. Did you know that the north have their own free healthcare and non fee paying schools? The roads are well paved yet come to many parts of the south and you'll be greeted by swamps. What are u smoking? Factory? Is an individual project - privately funded in his own interior village for medical research and treatments. He has so many things to his villagers - schools and other things. Google his name and see other things he has provided for his community. That of his village is farmlands that's why u are not seeing buildings close together.

Very very nice blog. it is definitely educational and impresive...what a gut/big heart with whom ever built such a big and fasinating structure in rural area like that , trust me that area will be big town in five and ten years from now.All they need is Asphalt grade A road the next thing you know is motels schools recration centers depending on the accesebility of the location to capital city and lagos and the population of the area and income thanks to high rise skyscraper.WoW that is what I wish to do in my birth place in Ethiopia if God fullfil my dreams. Is not people, an individual, medical doctor based in USA, owns one of the biggest world class pain management clinics in Nevada. He built one of the most court building in Nigeria, police station. Police barracks, schools, scholarships and many other things in his village. when finished would serve as the biggest medical research in Africa according to him.

Land ownership structure is the reason. In most communities, land is not communally owned. It is shared amongst male children. Over time, no one would own land that is sizable enough to be profitably mechanized.

Africans have been used for centuries for medical experimentation - that is how in part the pharmaceutical companies have become so rich and medical procedures developed... They used to do it manually like this in Uturu, Abia State. But now Setraco have started the the digging themselves with the relevant equipments.
