So stands do pretty much whatever the user wants, for the most part, especially in part 3. But as the story progresses there are more and more stands that show a will of their own to some extent. However, I will remind you that even Star Platinum, the first stand we were introduced to, acted on its own at the very beginning of part 3.

Stand can have their own sentience, especially if they're the long-range ones, and even then there's limited sentient ones and full-blown sentient ones. The examples for the limited ones are Echoes Act 3 and Bad Company, while for the full-blown ones we have Red Hot Chili Pepper and Cheap Trick. The full-blown ones can go as further as to even sometimes contradict with its own user

Koichi has reason to not believe Rohan, I mean between him practically being the only person Rohan talks to and as many schemes and weird things that Rohan does, I don't entirely blame Koichi. But also I feel like it's important to recognize the moral growth of Rohan in the situation, Rohan could have just easily used Heaven's Door and wrote in Koichi that he would believe anything that Rohan would say but he feels the need to go out of his way even without Koichi's help to find a solution and ultimately prove to Koichi that he was being genuine. I feel like Rohan understands why Koichi wouldn't trust him because of what he's put Koichi through and feels the need to do it on his own to prove himself correct. Also a little thing that some people don't notice and somewhat breaks a stand rule, is the fact that you can see Killer Queen's shadow before Kira even summons (He could have just summoned it subconsciously or quietly) at 22:13 on the bath tile floor. I also feel like it's very important to mention even as much as it's been said before, families in Japan do wash together sometimes so while it seems odd looking at it from a different cultural perspective, it's nothing weird. Good vid as always Scoot, it's always fun to see how people react when JoJo's lives up to it's namesake being bizarre lmao
