Why? AoT has way more twists and turns than JJK. JJK has a lot of crazy moments but much of the time there's no deeper story meaning behind it like AoT. With AoT there was often an "answer" to what is happening while in JJK "it's just happening" or there's a randomly convoluted explanation about curse energy. Still a good show though.

Jujutsu (呪術) means "art of magic" or "cursed technique" Kaisen (改善) means ether "Seabattle", "improvement" or "getting better" Thus, in the context of the show the meaning is "impovement of cursed techniques" or figuratively speaking "turning somthing/someone cursed better (by exorzism)"

Just a heads up, please try to focus and remember as much as you can like explanations and expressions from especially first few episodes because even in season 2 when things will happen, you will be surprised to know how they will connect and give explanations to your questions from here.
