Thank you for your amazing reaction to Forestella this fast! They had promised they'd give a Kpop cover dance for exceeding 990K views of Save our lives m/v. They struggled to choose a Kpop to dance, became to think making their own Kpop song with dance! As crossover works for all genres, Forestella did a great job for their fans. I liked that people confused Forestella like as Kpop idols because it means they look good and cool like idols. Now maybe people's gonna really consider them as Kpop idols, as they have their original Kpop dance song so catchy and KOOL! So fun to see 2 opera singers rapping with such a clear diction they should've studied very well for classical singing. 😂😂😂

Thank you Forestella! They are SO MUCH FUN!! This is a boppy K-pop song sung in English with American 80's hamburger shop vibes. And mullets to boot! Made me laugh out loud. What fun watching them. I should learn by now NOT to be surprised by anything they do. One thing is for sure - these guys can't be typecast in any genre. They are fearless, fun, and talented.

Ben, none of us were ready for this; they only gave us a week's notice! This is unlike anything they've ever done before and it honestly gave me whiplash. It's just so strange hearing them do actual kpop sounding music lol. But I love it so much! I'll be bopping to this so hard! Also, fun fact, Junhee from A.C.E helped with the choreo. After hearing this song, the potential for an A.C.E/Forestella collab feels very possible.

I'm still feeling the whiplash from this. Like these 4 are my go-to princes of the smooth classical crossover genre that always take me to the next plane of existence with the goosebump-inducing dramatic music, but they deadass dropped a pop banger and its REALLY GOOD! I love this song and it’s been in my head since I listened to it early this morning for the first time. I’m surprised, because although I love Forestella (I attended their concert in Dallas this February) the actually K-pop genre is not my absolute favorite. There are some songs that I do really like (BTS-Butter). I know it’s in English I’d love for someone to add English subtitles to it. There are a few words I can’t understand and I really want to.

Revisiting your reaction to KOOL …still as fun today 3/2/24 as when I saw it last😂! I see the m/v is sitting at 943 000 views..not bad for a couple of opera singers, a former reasearch chemist with a crazy tenor soprano voice and an active musical theatre actor with a very versatile singing voice ! ❤The bass singer Ko Woorim had to enlist for his mandatory military training and will return 19/5/25. So Forestella is temporarily a trio and just did a jaw dropping performance of Queen’s THE SHOW MUST GO ON + A rearranged version of HIJO DE LA LUNA for 3 voices. A special episode of IMMORTAL SONGS: Kim Soo-Cheol and NEW FRIENDS. Forestella were invited as one of the guests who he’d not met or played with before and his collaboration with them is the opening of the song. He is a legendary guitarist in S. Korea…66yr old who is known affectionately as Little Giant. He’s still got it, right?! These days he’s still active as a conductor, composer, musician, etc I think Forestella slayyyyyed with these 2 performances…because the show must go on til their youngest returns …fortunately these 3 have completed their service years ago.

I'm quite shocked to see them go full kpop. It's catchy and fun but it's going to take me a bit of time to get used to seeing and hearing them do something of this style. I can't say i'm not a bit put out of joint by this one at the moment to be 100% honest. I can't help also think it would be a shame if this is what it took to make them pop off more in the mainstream, but at the same time if it exposes more people to their other work, i guess it's good.

don't worry. this is forestella fulfilling a promise to their fans. when save our lives came out they challenged us to get different levels of views in return for events. they did part switches at 190,000, then bungee jumping at 490,000 then when they reached 990,000 views they would do a kpop dance cover. it took them a while to get around to it, and it evolved into a dance to a NEW kpop song of their own instead of a cover, but here it is! up next is busking!
