Those old saw sets are pretty cool. I have two that i inherited from my father. I also inherited all of his old Disston hand saws so they really came in handy when i restored the saws and sharpened and set the teeth.

I have one that I found when I was cleaning out my grandfather's tool chest. The top slide seems to be broken, but I think it is still functional. I am not using it.

It's a saw set. I still have my dad's from the 1960s? Ok maybe it's older than that, that's when I was a kid.

Iit's actually an old Saw Tooth Setting Tool. I picked it up a flea market but didn't know what it was used for. Nene Xi was kind enough to help me figure it out. Thanks for watching and commenting!

It is a Saw Tooth Setting Tool. Its used to align the teeth of a saw blade properly. Every other tooth should be bend in the opposite direction. Thanks for watching and commenting!
