What is this Vietnamese Egg Coffee?

I'm a bonafide coffee freak and this is one of those things you gotta try just for curiosity. Coffee in Vietnam is strong so some finesse is required to make it palatable. Who would've thought an egg yolk would do it justice. Try it once and you'll love it.

I wouldn't say it's meringue, that's made from egg whites and they taste VERY different from egg yolks. I'd say it's more like a custardy taste
