Rabbi today can we bless our trees, something like give thanks to Hashem for our fruits.

There is a tradition to recite a prayer that we be blessed to find the best etrog. According to the Mishna in tractate Rosh Hashana the trees are judged for what will be their fruit for the year. So certainly in the same way as we pray that our judgement on Rosh Hashana be sweet. We can pray that the trees be blessed too. Remember that every time we say a blessing for eating fruit we are giving thanks to Hashem for the gift of that fruit.
