Helvetica is a typeface of the category neo-grotesque sans-serif. However, Helvetica Regular would be a font. For example, Helvetica would be the typeface chosen for a project, but the actual font in use might be Helvetica Regular 9 points.

thanks for sharing such a usefull knowledge really appreciated. but there is one more font type i.e, Script Font mostly used in invitation cards or in latters, and it plays a important role in typography as well. i think you should cover that font type in this video, isn't it ? Hello Sushant, generally Typography ke liye Adobe illustrator software use karte hain. Jisme aap apne design ko png mein save/convert kar sakte ho aur T-shirt printing ke liye use kar sakte ho.

Hello Sandeep Dhobale, the only way to find font size from hard copy is to scan it in 72 dpi and then rewrite it in design software.
