Dan and Mazzy, never give up on your dreams! You deserve to be happy and to have fun every day of your lives :) I truly enjoy watching you both, I just ADORE Mazzy, she's the sweetest sidekick! And Dan, I still love your accent and your humour lol. I'm very happy to follow your adventure from my tattoo studio! Keep on smiling, don't let little problems bring you down but rather see them as a great opportunity to find new solutions and to be creative :) Lots of love from Canada! Sharon

Hi guy's been subscribed for a couple of day's now, lovin watchin your video's, you certainly are brave to give up everything & live in a motorhome, you will get used to things with MH, we have a slighly shorter MH (7.43 mtr) but manage to get into supermarkets as long as it's quiet, pick a parking spot well away from supermarket, keep up the good work & enjoy your freedom, looking forward to your furure travels 👍😊

Dan, when my family camps we try to use public restrooms whenever possible. Also, when you shower in a camper you learn to wet your head and body then cut off the water while you lather up. Then you turn the water back on to rinse off. Short showers save your water. You may be doing these things already but, based off of your newness to camping in a camper, I thought is was worth mentioning.

Thanks for the honest reflections! You guys seem resilient and inventive, so the kinks will get ironed out. I saw the toilet emptying video. Maybe it's possible to convert to a composting toilet? They seem to be much cleaner and less work to deal with - no waste stations, just toss a bag in a bin. Happy travels!

Thanks, Dan and Mazzy. Appreciate your frankness on the subject of trampin' in your van full time, because that is exactly what people need. After all, how helpful would this review vid be if you didn't share the real problems or challenges that come up and possible solutions. As far as clutter and avoiding feeling cramped, while trampin' in your van, always placing items in their designated spot, instead of tossing them wherever they land, will go a long way in you two keeping your sanity. : ) Dan, you are too funny (should I take that part out? "You smile" I'm gonna leave it in.) What a stinker and Mazzy, You have the Sweetest disposition! The way you explained the negatives about the van, it didn't sound negative at all. Lol! Looking forward to more of your shenanigans.

if there are any canals by you when your traveling you can go to 1 of the sanitary stations and empty your cassette toilet, you just need a Canal & River Trust Key which you can buy from the canal and river trust online or if you know anybody with a boat ask them nicely for a copy of their key, you can also fill up your fresh water too. Happy Days 😀👍

My trick to stay in my side of the road, is to watch for the divider lines in my side mirrors and line the rv inside them so i don't go to far to the other lane but also not lose the rv off the road on my other side. As soon as I got that down, I wasn't scared of driving not even in narrow country roads.

It is fun and interesting to know how it is going with you, so thank you both for sharing. We always had travel trailers when our kids were growing up and the fiddly things that could go wrong with them were legion. However, so many good memories were made using them that I still think it was well worth it. It sure beat flea ridden hotels and lumpy beds that had been slept in by a thousand strangers before us. And yes Dan it does make for some very funny video when things go wrong. I never want to be guilty of laughing at anothers struggle's, but if you only knew how it has brought back memories of old camping days. LOL Let us pray you never experience some of the same things. Here is a true camping story from my childhood. I was traveling with my folks and five siblings through Yellowstone National Park. (1970) We found a wonderful campsite and my Mom got out food and put it on the picnic table and we had lunch. My twin sister and I and my older brother went down by a little stream and were there trying to catch butterflies. We heard my mother scream so went running back to camp. Someone in the family had forgotten to shut the back door to our camper. A bear went in and was chewing up our food. My Dad and Mom finally coaxed it out with some bread and honey that had been left on the table. The bear came out of the camper and ran across the clearing and climbed up a tree. The Park Rangers finally showed up, caught the bear and hauled it away. The funny thing is that bear only ate all of my moms homemade bread inside the camper, but didn't touch the store bought cake in its box, she had got for my Dad for Father's day. We always thought that bear had very discerning taste. My moms bread was the best! We soon had the camper cleaned up, but learned our lesson. Never leave your food out or you camper door open. You never know what might wander in?!
